lol...someone isn't reading the Top topics by 8pack...maybe if you would read something that says " The Basics to Perfect Abs " or something, then you would know what to do...well i dunno...maybe its just me...

I guess most people find it easier to post a new thread instead of just doing some search first...in this case its right there on top of the page of THIS section of the forum lol...is it really that hard to just read?
