right ive got a decent four pack  but its driving me crazy how i cant see the bottom two abs its kinda of funny , what woundering is is it fat covering my bottom or just loose skin my diet is pretty good but could i try to eat 5-6 meals but mostly i eat protein shakes, no fast food ect so any tips on how i uncover the bottom two?

Yep, as mentioned above lose more fat. What is your body fat % right now? I too have a okey four pack but when crunched I can feel four other lower abs which aren't visible because of the lower stomach fat, but since I'm still gaining mass I'm not going to bother with that although I still do abs so that when I do cutt I'll have good looking 8 pack instead of 8% of fat and no abs.

Get your diet and cardio starightened out. Do hanging leg raises, planks, and leg throws/leg raises to target your lower abs
This city deserves a better class of criminal, & i'm gonna give it to em.

abs mostly just have to do with lower bf but you can do weighted leg raises because they target the bottom to abs.
Age:13 123 lb. Bench:140 Squat:5x145 Deadlift:205-215 starting SS in a couple weeks.
