hi,i would like to know if it is better for me to take wieght gainners like mega mass 4000 for example or to take whey protien, creatine and glutamine i have heard that weisght gainners are full of lactose which won't help expect in gainning fats i am almost a beginner my weight is 64 KG and my hieght is 179 cm please help.Should i take weight gainners?? or take whey protien and other supplements. thanx in advance.
