hi,i would like to know if it is better for me to take wieght gainners like mega mass 4000 for example or to take whey protien, creatine and glutamine i have heard that weisght gainners are full of lactose which won't help expect in gainning fats i am almost a beginner my weight is 64 KG and my hieght is 179 cm please help.Should i take weight gainners?? or take whey protien and other supplements.

Weight gainers are high in carbs and calories as opposed to low carb and low calorie of whey. Weight gainers help you gain weight a lot faster and easier. Whey is not supposed to make too much difference. Which to take depends on your goal. There are low lactose weight gainers like Cytogainer and Real Gains. N Large 2 has lots of lactose. I don't think lactose is what makes a person fat. You have to work out to keep the fat off your body. Just my 2 cents. Smile
