i had a question about when i should take some things and if i should be taking more of them, this is my current stack: nitrix 3 times a day before each meal axis ht 3 times a day after each meal no xplode 2.5 scoops preworkout cell mass 2 scoops postworkout and 1 scoop in the morning between breakfast and lunch whey protein 2 scoops before bed fish oil, and cla 2 times a day with meals 1 multi a day my questions are: should i be taking more whey protein? like twice a day, and the same with cell mass? ive been on this stack for 4 weeks and so far ive gained around 3 to 5 pounds and i definitely feel alot better in the weightroom, im looking to put on another solid 5 pounds before thanksgiving, thanks for your help guys, and anything else you see wrong with my current stack, feel free to give your advice, thanks again
