Are all supps that help you recover fast all creatine products? Or are there others that help you recover fast and arent creatine, I have a problem of creatine where I get water retention in some areas causing me to have a "flab" type look on my chest and other areas.

Creatine is creatine. No matter what form you get it in, it must be converted to mono before it is used by your body anyway. One of the best muscle recovery supps I have used basically as a weight gainer is muscle milk. It tastes great, has a ton of protien and calories.
