I've been taking Xceed for 2 weeks. My question is, can I double dose(2 scoops) before I work out? The jar says 1 scoop before workout, 1 sccop at least 6 hrs before or after that pre workout scoop. I checked out the Designer Supp website, and saw something about double dosing before your workout..... Is this cool, or is it overkill? I took a scoop and a half before todays workout, and what a difference, I had energy to burn!

I'd say go for it...they recommend taking 2 scoops a day anyway...Why not take them both before your workout so you can get a real pump?  LOL...thats just my opinion tho, I dont know too too much...

Be careful. Do it once or twice and see the results. If you don't feel any different, stop doing it.

Reason? simple: money.

If you take 2 scoops at once, your body can only synthesize so much at once...the rest gets pissed away.

Now by doing this , you will have to keep buying xceed, just like the company wants you too...don't believe all the hype....get a good solid diet, and bust a move in the gym Smile
