so not a huge change since my last, but i took them so i figured id throw them up anyway.  Still not exactly sure what i wanna be doing for the nxt little over a month.  Ive been eating basically no carbs except a ton (like a whole box of cheerios or something) in tha morning before i lift.  Its pretty much eggs, peanut butter, chicken, tuna and whey protein. I kind of wanna bulk on keto but im just really not sure right now.  I definatly dont wanna start eating a ton of carbs as ill get all bloated.  When camp starts though ill be eating loads of carbs to keep my energy up and to give me some extra padding.

well if anyone has suggestions on what i should do, thatd be cool, though i know eveyrones just gonna be like BULK BULK EAT EAT.  And i dont wanna lose my leanness right now.  If i bulk im probably gonna do it through a keto diet.  Is this a good idea? Otherwise ill probably just maintain for a while and try to gain some strength maybe a tiny bit of mass with no excess cals...

Okay i just realized thats a great question right there.

Should I...
1. Try to bulk with a keto diet on very little carbs except right before lifting or
2. Try to gain a little strength and mass while on a maintenance diet.

and should i continue fasted cardio with bcaa in the mornings with that...

Thats a pretty impressive body for a football player. I cant really remember what position you play, but that is still a nice accomplishment.

I dont want to get that lean, but close...im going to try to make the transition from tight end to wide receiver.

I said this in another thread but I think you should just calculate your calories and bulk up...probably a little more cleans than most. But I think any increase to your body fat wont be a big deal at all for you to handle.

im sure your going to need the cardio for football, while bulking your concern is to compensate your diet for what your burning up. So that you still end up with calories in > calories out.

haha, a couple months ago they wanted me on the line.  But yea, im a wideout, corner, and a safety.

That sounds like a good plan, I would do the strength and maintain. I have put on size before when eating maintenence and lifting.

Woo cut up skinny boy. You must be really tall to be 195 (I think you said that in another thread?) You look very...eh...skinny...still to me...so my suggestion would be to continue bulking (clean, so you don't become a fatty fat fat) and try to thicken up.

Do you have measurements? i.e. biceps, chest, waist, quads, calves?

Edit: I just realized, you look like Marc's pic from when he was 15 - so that's a good starting point.

and im like a half inch short of 6', maybe not even.

idk if your suggesting that im not telling tha truth about my weight, which would benefit me in no way...but that is exactly what i weighed when i took those.  And i use my home scale, my grandmas scale and the football scale quite often so unless theyre all incorrect...

nah, if you don't wanna bulk, then you don't have to.  just do it gradually

you'd be a great player at wide receiver.  you're lean and i'm guessing you're pretty quick.  good luck
