Looking shredded man! You are definately set for the summer. Only thing I can say is hit those traps hard. For whatever reason they are lagging behind. Everything else looks beastily, especially lats/back. Good work.

You made your point though. I figured they had to be solid for the amount of weight you are deadlifting but you just couldn't tell at all from the first pictures. But ya, looking good bro.

ur looking really good man! i could understand why u would hate bulking if u bloat that much. if i were u i would try and gain some strength while on ur maintenance diet. its summer and we all want to stay pretty lean. especially when ur young like us. but once summer ends i would try the keto bulk. keep up the good work man

Looking ripped. Your weight is surprising to me too....I'd guess more like 170. I'm 6'0 190 at under 10% and am much bulkier than you. Heavy bones!

its in cmt, its called homemade routine. And before i started that it was mostly 5x5 stuff on the heavy compounds.

RollingStone heres the latest ones i took waist: 31" R bi 14 3/4" L bi 14 7/8" Chest 43 1/4" Shoulders 51" R Calf 16" L Calf 16 1/8" R thigh 24 3/8" L thigh 24 1/4" and im like a half inch short of 6', maybe not even. how'd you get that shoulder measurement?

I agree with Mr. Anderson. If this place can't be a "safe" place, then go to bodybuilding.com, get beat up and misinformed. This forum has been a high quality place for newbies, experienced, young and old alike for the years I've been here, and it's because in part of monitors who actually take their duties seriously, and members who actually take an interest in each other instead of using it to get their egos off. Good for the monitors.

Man this whole thing with Kris and Rolling is really getting Stupid. When did everybody get so whiny? When did the site owner become the Thread nazi? It seems kinda Silly that Someone can't post their thoughts until....their thoughts have been approved....HaHaHa....Do you really understand how idiotic that sounds?????? Did DSS really shake you guys up that much and scare you into turning this site into estrogen central??? You can't really expect for a forum of testosterene driven teens , not to have disagreements and differing opinions??? This is really getting super silly. This used to be a really cool place and a great source of quality information. It's a shame its come to this.
