abdominals - Friday, March 24, 2006 3:24 PM
Im going to work on my abs 3 times a week MON,WED,FRI with an lincline board.

I dont need to loose any weight as im medically underweight (175cm, 50kg, B.M.I 16.4)
1.how many reps per set should I aim for, as i plan to do 3 sets
2.how much water should I drink per day as im currenlty drinking 2.5litre.

thanks.

RE: Question about abs part II - Friday, March 24, 2006 3:35 PM
1. 8-12 is most benifiting for size, however there are alot of people who train abs in very high reps with good results. As my self I train in the 20-50s area for abs and get good results. But what works for me may not work for you. So your best bet would be to try both rep areas or even combine them.

2. As for water intake around 9 cups is what I hear. You gotta remember alot of foods contain water also sodas and other juice drinks.
