You're going to need a more complete nutrition plan and workout plan than that. One thing you should keep in mind is that there is no such thing as spot reduction of fat. In order to see your abs, you'll need to reduce the fat that's hiding them. To do that, you must reduce your overall body fat. To do that, you'll need a complete workout and nutrition plan. You can do crunches and cardio all day long, and it won't help unless you have the complete package.
