after starting to do abs i hold a 10kg weight when doing situps on a decline bench, after about 10 it starts getting hard but it seems like i can just keep going, even though its really hard on the muscle gaining range,

forgot to add, does this mean i need to go up to 15 kg weight in my arms? also for lower abs it feels the same but i can feel some weird "pulling" on my thighs, doesnt hurt just feels weird,
 
i do incline and lift my legs up far and repeat
