im getting tired of doing crunches on the ground...anyone ever tried hanging crunches from the ceiling? do they sell equipment to do this or should i just make it myself?

sure. You can get a bar that goes in between your door frame.

You can put it high enough that you can just get your hands in. Its a good choice if you are concerned about the look and feel of your home, if you have little space. Very discreet and it is very secure if set up correctly.
