Question: Do you mean the wheel with the handles out the side or the crunch machine contraption with the bars you sort of hold onto?

Back in the day when the Ab Slide was on TV I told my mom I wanted one. She bought me one for my Birthday, I have used it a couple of times and I have mixed feelings about it. Depending on how you arch your back and the length of the "stride" it can strain the back. However, once you do it correctly you can really feel the burn in the abs. If you can try one out before you buy it then you will get a better feel for it. Sometimes I just use mine to stretch out.
