whats up guys? ok i need help! im trying to get abs tones up and then into a 6 pack soes anyone know of any good exercises i can do right now im doing
 
3 sets of all
20 decline sit ups
20 leg rasies
20 ball crunches
20 side to side crunches
 
is there anything else i can do to improve or am i doing something wrong?

Those seem like great exercises to build up the muscle.  Assuming you getting some decent protein in your diet that should work to build the muscle up.  In order to see the muscle, you'll probably have to to extreme cardio routines to burn off some fat.

Jogging.
Sparring with a punch bag or even in the air

The major priority when getting a 6 pack is to lose the excess fat surrounding them first.
