Why you'd post this in the supplement section, I have no idea.
Never seen a squat suit, or a bench shirt? I've tried the shirts- Pretty useless, if you ask me. The shirt does a lot of lifting for you, more or less- So your muscles don't really benefit from it?

I like the marketing tag-line: "It's about results"

BAAAAAHHH HA HA HA HA!!! More like, "It's about LOOKING cool in the gym" Squat suits are the most retarded thing I've ever heard of.

It goes to Lou Schuller's point about weight belts (or other gimmicks) when doing squats: Mother Nature gave you all the midsection support you need -if you have to rely on a weight belt, you are robbing your midsection of a huge mass-building stimulus, and learning bad form. So what if you can squat 20% more?? What's the point of having legs that can lift more weight than your back can handle unassisted? They make hydraulic floor jacks for that sort of thing, you know?

Yes, that's me in my avatar, and NO, I don't look like that today. That was taken back in Jan '07, and I lost most of that progress when I slacked off last year. I'm on my way back, tho, and I'm using that photo for inspiration.

Using shirts is really stupid.

Unless it is to prevent injury.

unless you are scot mendelson and are attempting some grand bench of 800 to 1000 pounds, and run the risk of having your arms fall off your body, you dont really need one. its just a tight shirt that holds your shoulders in place and steady. nothing new to any powerlifter.

I want one just for fun hehe. Cpl, you have seem to tried it, which kind did you try and how much did it help increase your output (even though it only makes you lift more by helping you, therefore not aiding you in bb at all). Anyone else?

I actually use this particular product.  Its not powerlifting gear at all.  I found out about it at Cris Carter's Fast Program in Florida.  They're using this in the weightroom with some of the top football players in the country.  Its brand new so not a lot of people know about it.
