ive run into some problems that i need help with , ill go over them briefly and look forward to hearing responses

** i took a one week break,  all of a sudden when i do chest.. my arms are on fire , they tire , and tire bad when im doing bench and fly machin ect.  never felt like this not even when i first started working out and im 8 months in.
why is this , i feel like im only working my arms and every big guy there says i have proper form and i dont feel like the weight is too  heavy.

also , i get all the focus on my shoulders. and inbetween my shoulder and pec , like the joint , and everyone says i have proper form , i dunno why but its killing my shoulders.

does not make sense!!!

** with pec fly machine  .. i use to have my arms  parallel with the floor , now i do them where my arms are just out in from of nipple , for a better squeeze , but still all the focus is on my shoulders.. and it hurts , i use proper form , i ve had trainers tell me! so whats up.

** and i know proper diet blah blah .. im getting bigger.... ive recently gained about 7-10lbs....... but i look like i have **** tits.. and i have folds on the sides of my pecs... and all up my sides is flabby , i started out an 145lbs .. now im 170... im not like fat but jeez but theres fat over them... im gunna have a break down i try so hard and get nowhere... i need a chest routine and fast!... why dont they take shape like others.? my inner chest has no gains and my outter chest has none , its like the spot above my nipple thats gotten bigger , i no u get flabby when bulking so am i making gains that i just cant see till i start to cut?

this shoulder problem is holding me back but  i have no swelling , no tears nothing , doc says im fine , i dont get it  , please help... get me on the right track ,  i know about 3 day full bodies , but i dont think itll help...

cuz im told i have proper form but i swear to god no matter how simple an exercise , i seem to do it wrong an d hurt myself.. i can even do lat pull downs , not at all , hurt my shoulder and feel nothing in my lats... im gunna snap just somebody please help

If you've had your bench form checked and everyone agree's that you have good form.. the only problem I could possibly see it being is... you may have a slight muscle tear in the shoulder, damaged your RC or maybe have a slight tendon tear.  All of the above can be acredited to trying to bench heavy, heavier than you should and probably trained to failure..

I would say,  Ice the shoulders and don't train for a few week.  lower the weight on the bench and stay away from doing flyes. It's very easy to get a shoulder injury from doing flyes,, most start off with to much weight and lower the weight to far down.  If the problem is still present.. seek a sports med doc.

Regarding fat around the side of your pecs.. Just guessing I would say that is your problem area.. and chances are it will trim down considerably once you start to cut... It sounds like you may have bulked a little to fast and gained more fat than needed..

first of all, i would like to say that more people than you think have these problems, you're not alone.

first, your soreness is expected. it will go away after about two weeks or so.  this is because during your break your muscles FULLY recovered.   now that you are working those muscles again you are working new muscle fibers, don't  worry the soreness will taper off.

second, that joint in my shoulder also hurts.  i have attributed it to two things. i have been taking fish oils that have omega 3 fatty acids in it so support joints.  also, i have narrowed it down to the fact that my other muscles have outgrown my shoulders... i started working my shoulders more and as of right now it really seems to help alot..

thirdly, when you cut down to about 14 bf% your fat in your cest will go away. plain and simple...

i hoped this helped

The OP has been training for over 8 moths.. At this point in his training he should be able to recoginize the differnce between soreness from training and some other type of pain..

suggesting he ignore the pain and work through it is not good advice..

Shoulder issues are serious and can wreck a persons training for years..  and should never be taken lightly..

You're correct.. lots of people have these issues.. and 99% of them are the result of trying to lift more weight than capable of doing.

thanks guys , that does help , the thing is after my week off i did feel great , altho more weak ,
and my shoudlers felt better ., its wierd , even if i pick up a weight to curl it happens.

but its like.. the pain will be in the joint then maybe in the back , or on the side of my shoulder like where people get tattoos....  and i just dont get it , i cant take another week off i go nuts , i have goal! so taking a week off i go backwards... ofcourse im seeing my doc on thursday and if a tear is proven then i will be taking a week off ........ but my shoulders wont grow , its like everything has grown except them.  i try and try , i get no results.

but as for the weight being to heavy i mean , i want size so thats reps 8-10 , and i use weight that i comfortably get to 10 on the first set by myself the require a spot... i mean , going lighter just feels useless sometimes

Not meaning to sound as if the other poster, Scubasteve was trying give you mis-information but I'm shoulder sensitive.... and understand how a small problem left un-attended can turn into months and even years of not being able to do anything..
