What does your diet look like? Maybe you could change something there- Diet is WAY more important than supps, you could get more results that way- If your diet is as tight as can be, then maybe you should look at supps.

Something like:

80% of your fat loss should come from diet
20% from cardio

The small bit like 3% will be aided by fat loss or thermogenic substances.

If you don't have a calorie deficit, take all the cutting stuff you want. But you'll still end up gaining weight (maybe muscle but probably some fat too).

The #1 thing you must do to lose fat is have a calorie deficit.
The #2 thing you must do is make sure it's small enough not to burn off too much muscle
The #3 thing you must do is make sure it's small enough not to send your body into starvation mode

With that said, you your diet is TIGHT and you are doing some cardio, there's some "legal" supplements that will help you get the extra edge.
