a good creatine to get - Monday, May 07, 2007 8:23 PM
i was wondering what a good creatine product would be to stack with my animal m-stack.. I want to use this....

ON 100% Whey Gold Standard
(creatine product...I need help on this one)
Glutamine
animal pak
flax oil
animal M-stak
and maybe a preworkout supp

My main goal is to cut fat and gain massive strength..which i heard the m-stack does both.. just wondering if what kind of creatine i should use.. something like the superpump250 sizeon stack or some other preworkout supp and creatine stack. thank you guys

I personally would rather have just plain old Mono -  You can throw it in anything you want and don't have to worry about mixing up another drink.  I whole lot cheaper too...  I take ON's Mono or Eclipse Mono..  BOth cheap..

If you want a premix.  I have been taking VItargo CGL by Nutrex..  I love it.. Sugar Free and 60 carbs per serving.  I Have been eating up..  Doesn't taste like Coulaid, but I like it..

One of the best out there is SizeOn by Gaspari..

I agree, plain 'ol mono with simple carbs will do the trick.

I've had a lot of success with Six Star creatine mono from walmart.

I am just curious, can creatine actually go bad after time. I bought some mono the summer of my junior year in high school, and didn't use all of it. I am planning on finishing it off with my new stack, but I am not sure if there would be any effects since it is about a year and a half old.

I liked Cellmass alot, and I'm currently on CellTech which I also like alot. I'd go with CellTech if you want a mono and Cellmass if your leaning toward the CEE side.

Xceed (CEE + N.O.) or Clout are both two great creatine products.
