now heres where the rest of the calories come from i used 151 gram chicken breast 160 cals total and lighty fried it in conola oil 1 g of saturated fat per serving

after its all cooked drain and poor in bowl or plate and ENJOY
the pasta will have a red toned color to it but dont be discourged to eat it its fricken tastey
