hillbillyfred Ziad123 wth is cricket Its a sport, google it up, or are you that lazy? If you are, you shouldn't even be on this forum lol. Anyways, Im gonna start HIIT workouts, need to lose my belly fat. I'm lovin it so far, it makes me feel that bit better. oh is'nt that the game where all the sissy's sit around wit a stick an hit colored balls youre dissing a sport? how sad is that lol?

Heres an update on my nutrition. I am eating like a pig, more importantly, im eating good stuff like a pig. from chicken breasts to beef kebabs, from eggs to all kinds of fruits. All I wanna say is, im really determined to grow quickly, i am quite an impatient man and i am really willing to get results ASAP, this is why i put the quote "Rome wasnt built in one day" up here, to keep me motivated, otherwise I hesitate easily if things dont happen in quick time lol. Overall, Im happy how things are progressing, Im seriously motivated and hoping to accomplish my goals soon!
