Weight Change to 222lbs

Lost 16lbs in 5 days????? First scale measurement must have been way off. This sucks. I'll have to start tracking my goal from here.

Lean body mass should be 180lbs

Goal Weight: 205lbs LBM

Weight changed to 219lbs
Beginning to notice slightly more definition.
Waist size hasn't changed but face, arms, chest have a little less fat tissue.
Need to get another BF% reading.
Began using 1-AD, 6 OXO, and changed from GNC Whey to Muscle Milk on Aug 16th

Gave up the treadmill, elliptical and bike and started running again on the 14th. This has been working alot better for me since my gym has an indoor track. I run till I reach my target heartrate then continue for 5 minutes stretch and then go another 5 minutes and stretch.

-Hailey born on 17th. This week has been hectic so my nutrition has been very poor.

Did another weigh in today at 232lbs. I've been taking creatine and retaining some water.
The disturbing thing is that I've been eating well and despite this my BF% went up to 22.8%. This electronic thingy may not be all that accurate I use it as an estimating device only. The bottom number was for something but I forget. It was 31.4 I had a brain fart and forgot what it was for.
My waist has dropped an inch and even more definition is apparent. I've finished my 1AD cycle and my 6OXO and my cytosport cytogainer protein powder ran out so I'll have to get some more of that. I think I'm going to stay away from the 1-AD but I believe I will do another cycle of 6 OXO in 2 weeks.

The only real unexpected thing that happened was on Tuesday. I put 180 lbs on the decline bench press hammer machine which is my usual working weight. I thought it felt quite a bit to light so I out on another two 45's on each side. It was still too light...at 270lbs. So I added an additional 35 to each side. And that was jusssst right. So here I am pushing 340lbs on a decline bench which was completely new to me. Yay! I lifted it twice.

233lbs

According to Omron HBF-306
21.7% BF
31.6 BMI

LOL (BMI "Standards")
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Kinda seems like I'm going in reverse here....visually it's apparent that body fat is disappearing. And this is not only according to me. I don't understand how this device can say you only have 21% BF and then tell you that you are obese, I am far from obese. I'll be using measurements to guide me, it's just finding the time to have the wife help me out with that. (Yes...i can read a measuring tape.)
