Im really wondering if ZMA is worth the money, it does not feel like im getting any better of a sleep then before, and sometimes i'll wake up and feel really crappy. taking 3 pills 30mins before ed, just like the bottle says, dont notice anything.  Im on the Vitamin Shoppe brand... BodyTech ZMA tech.

Thanks in advance,

nah... i don't think it's really worth it, the first week when i took it, i noticed a little improvement in my sleep, and feel refreshed but after that my body got used to it and i felt like im back to normal...i'd get about 6hrs of sleep...

if you want some supplements thats gonna give you sleep improvement try some Melatonin...its also an anti oxidant supplement and it'll put you to sleep like a baby.

Melatonin can also make you feel crappy if you don't get enough sleep. It does help me get quality sleep time though..

Not really.
Unless you happen to be deficient in Zinc and Magnesium...

yeah melatonin can put you in deep ass sleep and give you some weird ass dream just like ZMA, but once your body detects sunlight or senses that you've had enough rest.. your mind will just be in relaxed state and you won't be senseless when your alarm goes off....

you should try it man... its not expensive at all...
