When i take zma before bed, i sleep max 8.5hours, this is not much, but when i don't take zma, i sleep 10-11hours, then i wake up naturally. So how we know more sleep - better rezults... So maybe i have end up eating zma?

hmm maybe your system is quite alright without ZMA.
ZMA is not only meant to help sleeping. ZMA is a combination of two essential dietary minerals (zinc and maganesium) and vitamin B6. Zinc and magnesium are sometimes not adequately supplied in the diet, while vitamin B6 generally is. The zinc is in the chemical forms zinc methionine and aspartate; the magnesium is in the aspartate form. There is no scientific evidence for any claim that ZMA has any effects beyond those of taking equivalent amounts of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 in any other form. All of these substances are healthy and thus the combination will also be healthy so long as it is not overdosed.

Nic is probably right. Your system may have an adequate supply of Zinc/Mag. and as a result you may not feel the benefits of ZMA. I personally sleep 5-6 hrs. and for me that's adequate. However, when I do have difficulties sleeping, for me ZMA is the way to go.
Nightime ZMA before bedtime I still wake up 5-6 hrs. later but, it feels like I've slept 10 hrs. ZMA puts me into a deep, deep sleep and it's kinda wierd but I have these realistic dreams with vivid colors. I wake up feeling totally refreshed and that's what ZMA does for me. They say not to take ZMA with calcium products, something to do with not allowing the zinc/mag to be absorbed properly into the system.

Its not the amount of time you use to sleep that matters...
Its the quality of the sleep...
lol..
