I been going a bit crazy lately with trying different supplements like ordering Nitrix and No-Xplode (due to some research) Ive heard great online "testimonial" for ZMA, but it seems that i get the zinc and magnesium from my daily multivitamin. Can anyone explain to me what ZMA really is, what am i getting from taking it at night...etc? Is it worth it? Second off... hGH; what exactly is that?

I can't relate to HGH but, I can with ZMA. I don't take ZMA that often, however, when I have trouble sleeping I do take ZMA. I personnaly need only 5-6 hours for my sleep cycle. When I take ZMA at bedtime, my sleep pattern is such that when I awake it's as though I've had 10 or more hours of sleep. Understand that I'm still only sleeping for 5-6 hours but my sleep is so deep, it's like 10 hours of sleep. Very refreshing. This deep sleep pattern includes very intense dreams that are vived in color. ZMA should not be taken with any calcium product at bedtime as it can reduce the absportion process for zinc and/or magnesium. Peace

I have experienced the same kind of restfull sleep. The people who don't get results from ZMA probably aren't aware of the calcium deal... almost everything contains calcium, so you have to time it right. I love ZMA, I have only tried the Twin Lab brand, and I won't try anything else....
