I know ZMA shouldn't be taken with other supplements containing Calcium, but how much Calcium is too much. I take Vitamin World's Mega Vita-Min and it contains only 8mg (or less than 1% of daily) of Calcium. It would seem to me this multi is almost leaving room for something like a ZMA. Am I wrong? Anybody have any thoughts? Thanks!!

im not sure how much that would decrease thwe ZMAs effectiveness, but if you want the full effects of the ZMA, you should avoid taking it w/ that multi

Agreed. It's as simple as staggering your intake. If it's a twice-a-day multi, one in the morning with a  meal, and one in the evening with a meal will do, then take your ZMA 30-60 mins before bedtime. If it's a once-a-day multi, even easier. Avoid the calcium if at all possible, even in small amounts it will compete for absorption with zinc.

ok, so basically i just shouldn't take them together. the multi is a 'once a day', so i should be ok taking the ZMA opposite it? i thought it was an 'overall' usage issue and not simply a timing thing. i assume i'm understanding this correctly. thanks very much.
