Hey, i was looking for a new supplement, so i bought ZMA... i dont even know if its a good supp, i just got it today, so tonight is gonna be the first time i try it. i also wanted another supp that could go good with ZMA, i was thinking about san v12.
what do u guys think about ZMA, and also should i combine it with SAN V12, or with something else... if so what do u guys think about v12, if not what other supp should i combine it with?
