Hi,
I get really crappy sleeps most of the time, and hear the ZMA kinda helps you feel more "Refreshed" in rthe morning, so I picked up "BodyTech ZMA tech" (Vitamin Shoppe Brand) at the store the other day.. have takes 3 capsuls a night, and havent felt any difference in sleep/ feeling refreshed?? is this brand too cheap?? What are other good ZMA brands? because this is the only ZMA product they had!

Did you take it with food? Did you have any calcium within 60mins of taking it?

No,
I do not eat like an hour before taking it, and I down them with water, no milk or any calcium or anything.

I never really had much luck w\ zma. I got a little better sleep but nothing mind blowing. You could try PrimaForce ZMA but i doubt it will be much diffrent.

cyclo z-mass, you have to let the capsules dissolve under ur tongue

maybe it just needed time ot kick in, because when i used it lastnight, it worked fine.. and gymrat, is cyclo z-mass the only one u have to let dissolve under your tongue, or also these bodytech ones?
