I've been reading a lot on this, but was wondering if any of you have ever tried or do take ZMA. I know it's not going to work miracles so we can skip past that, but did you notice any increased gains or energy maybe even better sleep(yes I read someone that people will sleep deeper if takeing ZMA). Also if you do or did take ZMA when did you take it? I've heard before bed, but do you take it any other time of day?

You can make your own if you want. Just get zinc and magnesium, you don't need the b6 in there for it to work. Magnesium is the one that helps you sleep. It works for me, it gives you a deeper sleep, dreams too sometimes. As far as gains, eh not really. Maybe if you're deficient in zinc.

I get a deeep a$$ sleeep with ZMA.. I sleep like a baby.. I take it right before bed and sometimes its hard for me to wake up.. As for gains, basically it's suppose to put u in stage 4 of your R.E.M sleep longer, that's why u get that deep sleep. The whole idea of being in stage 4 longer is because that's the stage of sleep where your body grows. So the longer your in it, the more your body can recover. Which I have noticed, I actually won't be as sore when I work out just as hard or harder. Does that make sense? It shouldn't be any problem with your age and I dont see how it would create acne. That might be a very rare case.

The Zinc should actually help clear the acne up, believe it or not.
