I haven't noticed gains from it, but I am able to sleep much deeper from it. Wake up after 6 hours feeling more refreshed then after 8.

i read somewhere that 60-80% of american males are deficient in ZMA and by taking ZMA on a regular basis, it can in fact help increase testosterone by up to 30%. the hard part is finding time right before bed to take it on an empty stomach...my stomach is NEVER empty

Personally I take mine about an hour before bed, and a MM shake right before bed. It seems to work out.

lunch box do u take ur mm with milk? cause i was thinking about trying the gnc brand zma before bed but i heard ur not suppose to take calicum with it

I take my before bed and sometimes i take a cytogainer 30 mins before i take the ZMA. I really feel like I sleep good, not that I had a problem before, but when i wake up, Im more refreshed, alert, and focused.. I think it helps with stage 4 sleeping by helping your body stay in stage 4 longer, and this is the stage when your body recovers. I've noticed that I my workouts are more intense yet I'm not as sore as I expected.

thank you! another ? though, is it ok to take w/ muscle milk before sleep? muscle milk has 33%dv of calcium, so what will be the effect if i take it w/ the ZMA?

avaric thats what im curious about cause i take muscle milk with milk before i go to bed but if i can take zma at like 9 muscle milk at like 10:30 bed at like 11

The timing should look something like this. 45-60mins pre-bed ZMA 15-30mins pre bed Last meal\Muscle Milk

i went ahead and bought the ZMA at VS. i used it according to coulaids timing w/ the muscle milk. im impressed by the ZMA, i slept for 8 hours no problem, usually the most i can get is about 6, than i cant sleep anymore.

calcium will block absorbtion of the zma when taken prior to the actual pill, take the zma first, then 45 mins later, take the mm.

i take the zma approx. 1 hour before i go to sleep, than i take the muscle milk right before i go to sleep. i found out that magnesium helps the body absorb calcium, maybe thats why they shouldnt be taken together, cuz maybe you will absorb to much and get kidney stones
