So i recently started taking ZMA, which is supposed to be a test booster (am i right) and have noticed that i'm much more on edge, and snap more easily.  Has anyone else had this effect?  I kinda like to rage though...

I have taken ZMA before bed for some time with no bad effects.  You are also taking a bunch of other supps that could contribute to your "edge."  By the way, you are doing great in your weight loss/body fat reduction plan.  Congratulations.  Where are you looking to level out?

Ive been taking zma and i have noticed nothing but strenght gains.. the one thing that does scare me though is that at random times during the day i get these strange pains, not muscle pains and not really organ pains... i dont really know what it is but im not too thrilled with it and if it continues to persist i thnk im gonna have to stop.. but im sure its something completely unrelated to zma... its an all natural test booster if you get the right kind... if your taking something like zmass or other suppliments with a propriety anabolic blend or testosterone blend with saphoids or w/e may cause that.. but if your just taking straight zma like the gnc pro performance brand you shouldnt have that problem.

haven't tied ZMA but i'm taking 6-OXO which is a test booster and have noticed to being ALOT more edgier.The wife wants to hide my pills....HaHa!

I only recently started the ZMA, and have been taking the others for a little over a month now... so i think it's just the ZMA.  Thanks for the compliment, My plan is to get down to 4% BF, and attempt to maintain for a while.  Having been fat, i dont want to ever go above about 8-10% again.  My LTG is to be in competition form come next spring, so in about a year.  Weight wise i have no real goal, just to keep getting bigger maybe 250?  I really have no idea, but am currently solidly in the super heavyweight division, so might as well put on quite a bit. ;)  Any ideas on how much more mass my body can support naturally?  I'm really not sure what kind of goals to set.

i've only recently started taking ZMA, my buddy has been taking ZMA for about 3 weeks and he has noticed that he is geting more acne, does ne one else seem to have this problem?

They say that by taking ZMA helps with their w/o’s but, IMPO I don’t think it will help you anabolically during workouts. However, when you sleep deep, that’s where the anabolic aspect may come into play, because when one sleeps well that’s when your muscles recover and repair themselves. I’ve been taking ZMA off and on for a number of years and I take ZMA when I fail to sleep well. Although I only require 5-7hrs.sleep, by taking ZMA it feels as though I’ve slept for 8-10 hrs.and awake fully rested.  In addition, my dreams are wild and vivid in color. Something I don’t experience in normal sleep dreams and not only that, but in my ZMA dreams I see faces of people; whereas, in my normal dreams I do not. Weird.  Supposedly  it’s the B-6 in ZMA that’s attributed to having wild dreams. Also, taking ZMA with diary products tends to decrease the absorption of ZINC and/or Magnesium.

ZMA should be taken 30-60 minutes before bedtime; however, there are ZMA products that allow one to take it during daytime periods, probably because Daytime ZMA has a lesser percentage of of the ingredients than Nightime ZMA.
