Z.... your freakisness is coming to light much faster than mine is and that is darn right frusterating... the least you can do is acknowledge that

Dude!  Let's review.  How long have you been working out?  how many pounds have you lost, how much lean muscle gained and how much has your strength increased?  You are WAY WAY WAY ahead of me in the progress department.  Meanwhile, I started in very late 2004/early 2005.  It's taken this long to figure something out--after hundreds of dollars spent researching and learning, a personal trainer, gym memberships, supplements and food.  I've been through two injuries, one of which took almost a year to heal, and together they knocked off 9 months of serious lifting, and then let's not forget my studying for the *&^%% bar and the emergency appendectomy that happened 4 weeks before the stupid exam.

It's been a long time in coming.  I hope it keeps coming!

And Brett, thank you for the mandate!  Ok ok ok, I'll work on "becoming" a hottie (although my partner asked me about this "becoming" thing . . . ).  Partner also said no shaving, but he doesn't have the last word!  bwahahaha!  The plan is to pile on as much muscle as I can figure out between now and March-ish, and then cut like a mad man.  I'm hoping to have some serious mass to help stoke the cutting fires.
