eat no simple sugars ie sugar, white bread, processed carbs

and do cardio first thing when you wake up

do a fullbody routine 3x a week where your doing 1-2 sets per bodypart (with 2-3 warm up sets)

aim for 10-15 reps (you need to fail on your working sets)

REcord your weight/reps and go up in weight or reps every time
YOU GOTTA EAT BIG, TO BE BIG!!

Start lifting weights and eating right.  Your body will begin to transform over time.  Don't even think about trying to gain or lose weight.  Just eat healthy, and start a good training routine.

This, just quit drinking as much soda/sugary drinks quit eating at fast foods or at least cut back and try not to eat much fried stuff just slowly cut out the crap and keep lifting and you'll notice a difference, i lost around 20 doing this so far from february it takes a while but seems best way.
219 weight trying to lower 217 now. 2 months later. lol.

You should start with some exercises around your midsection. Focus on that then target your arms next. I would also recommend some cardio to get rid of the fat.

Be sure to stick to a strict diet. Load up on proteins and minimize carbs at the start. This will get your body into fat burning mode. Do not starve yourself and be sure you are taking regular intakes of the right food. But since you're young, I would not recommend supplements.

Just be careful of what you're eating and just do a little exercise, preferably jogging or swimming around 3 times a week and you'll be fine.

eat many small meals in a day..such as 6 mix instead of 3 large ones, it will help speed up motabolism.
do plenty of cardio(if you can with the injury) if not try swimming and just do a lightweighted 3 day full body focusing on conditioning
it ain't the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog

fight record:
 10-2
