I also agree.  I may add enzymes or IGF-1 to that list (since they are also substances which our body produces naturally), although IGF-1 is more in its infancy of study as a supplement.

i bought glutamine for 8 dollars today so flax seed oil for 6 but didn't get it

glutamine says it anti cablolic so does that mean u'll stay anabolic when u take it

its a  500 mg pill so i take one before i lift then one before i go to bed is that enough?
