To begin, I am 17 years old, started my intense work out 3-4 months ago raw off no supplements. The first month I weighed at 177lbs with a height of 5'11. Wasnt really chubby as I am "thin boned" or whatever you call it. I have the smallest wrist out of all my friends and my arms "were" almost comparable to a girl... yeah embarrasing. I started off with the creatine hype and ordered myself some creatine off a manufacure in NJ... (ill let you guys figure that out). Cost me 25 bucks with shipping for 200grams... not a bad deal. Sure everything went well and I can honestly say although my reps werent high, my sets definetly incresed by +1 or +2 after about 2 weeks of use. I then needed more as I wanted quicker results... (isnt that what everyone wants?) Yeah sure I thought about the "juice" but I had no idea where I could get that stuff... either way there was no way I was oing to stick a needle into my own body. Ah yes... the "perpetual pump" as stated by GNC ad's as I walked in. Took a look and saw an ostentatious tub called "NOXPLODE." yes.... so I am with my friend (hes huge and all natural by the way... but took him 3 years without supplements) and told me about his friend taking MRI's NO2. To keep this short I got all my 3 tubs of noxplode from ebay. Search well, and make friends and you can get them for 30 bucks shipped. (sweet deal!) Got into the hype and started a log. The first time I tried it I was waiting for a sensational feeling. It may have been placebo but I felt tingling in my forearms... ok fine maybe it was placebo. Only crazy pump I feel are my biceps and chest days. Usualy people say this stuff if bull but half of those posts are from people who arent isolating their muscle groups. BEST RESULTS CAME FROM THE FOLLOWING: 1) Warm up set... up to maybe 13-16 reps 2) I will call this the TEAR IT UP set... add weights so you can do maybe 5-7 reps (5-7 being your last possible rep) 3) from this point on, you can either repeat another #2 or slowly decrese weight. You must squeeze it all out and have good proper form. Ive been using noxplode for about 2 full tubs till today. Ive been going to the gym for 4 months... and the past 3 months with only a few fridays and all sundays off for rest. Ofcourse my routine changes from time to time but this is what I started out with as stated in my notes. Well so the end results of about 30-35 days with noxplode, nitrix, and 2-3 grams of creatine ethyl(occasionally)... well Im still 5'11 but now weight 194lbs... My arms before were 12.5 inches in circumference (flexed) and now 15.5 inches... Used to bench 140, now doing 185 as boarderline and 205 at max 2 reps. Obviously the harder you work at it the better the results... also a controlled diet as well as 2.5 servings of noxplode, 4+4 pills of Nitrix and occasional 3 grams of creatine ethyl. Sorry for making this long but its my first post and I am extremely bored and pumped... ;] Eric

if you want a mainstream product like no-xplode, i would go with superpump 250 by gaspari nutrition. its doesnt taste as good, but i got slightly better results but without all the caffiene and additives in no-xplode. no-xplode is like diet soda with creatine. look into some of the things on the label, particularly the phenylketonurics part. in short, that means it contains phenylalanine, which is a hidden ingredient in aspartame, mainly to give it slightly addictive properties. i will not lie, i was able to get results from no-xplode, but since i use to work out at night, it would keep me up forever. also, caffeine is rumored to reduce the effectiveness of creatine, so what is the point of having it in the same product?

ok, ive been working out since 8th grade naturally, no nothing, and one payday i was going by the GNC and stopped in. i got no xplode for like 35 bucks on sale, tried it, good pumps, no "caffine buzz" cause i drink about 7 mountain dews a day, but it was worth the money, my max bench was like 265 before i got it, and after 1 thing of it, it jumped to 280. i like it, not as good as NO2, but well worth the money.

well i dunno about beast, im pretty layed back, but i can lift like it aint nobodys buisness. i got to looking last night at a powerlifting record from about 3 weeks ago, and if i droped 3 pounds, i would have my counties record squat, deadlift and bench(if i can get my max up another 15 or 20 lbs) for the "junior" 171 weight. im a full back for my football team and i wrestle, so all of that training just made sense. plus its in my genes. my dad held? or still holds? the squat and deadlift records in minnesota and a few other places, he did it for about 15-20 years, trained with bill kazmaier, and knows him real well still. he knows or has met all of the big timers from the old days. for me, i guess its all just good blood in my veins, and train like a mother******.
