I'm sorry for the repetitive posting but I never found a definite answer on BSN stack posts.

Firstly, I'm 20, 5'9, weigh around 145 pounds and looking to put on a solid 10-15 pounds. That is my primary goal. I'm already in good shape and I've lifted regularly since junior high. I've worked out taking only whey protein the past year, and have yet to make significant gains. They say 80% of the game is nutrition. Though I have over a series of months been eating close to 2,000 calories a day with all the fast food and sugars (etc.) out of the picture. Case in point, I haven't gotten too far.

I understand that BSN is considered to be overpriced, if someone wants to offer a different or even better solution comparable to the products in question, please do so!

I'm looking to stack NO Explode with Cellmass and Optimum Whey Protein.

Question #1 ) Too much creatine? Since NO Explode already has a type of "creatine matrix".

Question #2 ) Cellmass has the controversial creatine ethyl ester which is said to be not water retentive. So, I would be putting on lean muscle rather than water balloons right?

Question #3 ) The whey protein shake at minimum 30 minutes from the cellmass post workout is still fine to have and won't conflict with the creatine, correct?

Question #4 ) Should the recommended dosing be fine for me?

Thanks for the information!

There's all you need to know about BS'n... There is no patent for creatine ethyl ester in their cellmass (or no xplode), and they dont have the amounts that they claim either (they claim 3000mg of creatine ehtyl ester, and the chemical analysis found less that half that much of creatine monohydrate!)... dont waste your money on a company that doesnt even have a true ingredient label...

ye i think the problem here might be that your not taking in enough calories to sustain growth.  Bottom line is if you dont get enough calories your muscles will not grow.  Slowly increase your caloric intake until you find that your gaining wieght.  And as for the bsn supplements all i know is that i decided they arent worth the price so i cant really help you there
