a while back i posted a thread about how a yellow swarm and no2 stack would be to lose fat and get cut in 6 weeks before my trip, and i must say it worked pretty good. unfortunately no pictures because my palm pilot has bad resoulution and would be just gray... however i lost 22 pounds of fat and dropped a lot of body fat..i took 2 no2 pills in the morning on an empty stomach, and 2 before i workout, and 2 after before dinner...a little unorthodox than instructed but where i bought it, the guy gave me a no bullshit assessment about it and it worked... a long with the no2, i took 1 swarm in the morning, 1 before workout, and 1 after dinner...i shouldnt have taken 3 pills, but hey i needed to lose weight fast...i went from 280 to 258...but it wouldnt really have worked if i didnt diet, i didnt do anything crazy i would just have a shake in the morning with 2 cups of oatmeal in it, or i would switch it up and eat 6 egg whites on 2 slices of whole grain bread...lunch was steamed mixed greens with either grilled chicken or tuna, and dinner would be chicken, salmon, tuna, and 1 day a week steak...id have the shake after workout (isopure) , and pretty much that was it... the swarm was a definite boost in energy, focus, and it would get me motivated to push myself in the gym actually gettin more weight up, or just more reps...however you do sweat a little TOO much, but it really curbs your appetite, and in school id just break sweats..but its ephedra so what else is it gonna do ya know? the no2 i think worked good, im no expert, but every cycle of workout my pumps increased, and unusually stayed with me even now that im off it after 2 months...it got me a little more cut, got me more vascular looking, and gave me a little boost also in lifting. i would only recommend this to people who are just really big, not fat, just a mass build that needs a little definition, and workout 5 days a week, on an arms, chest, back, legs, shoulders kind of workout, or else the no2 wont do jack ****...and obviously sounds noobish...but really no bullshit, running and a simple diet like i did makes a ****in difference... the most significant thing i ever took was that yellow swarm with ephedra...that really gets ur weight down hope it helps... bigdude4u
