What you should keep in mind currently is to get the numbers of the compound exercises up. Imagine how better looking you would be if you could add 50lb of bench, 70lb of squat, and 60lb of deadlifts. How's your current routine? BTW, you should be eating until you gain weight. If you don't gain weights, then you are not eating sufficiently. Good luck with your goals!
5'8.1" Age = 20 started in February 16th 2007: 58kg (127.6lbs) current : around 79-80kg (173.8lb-176lb)

trubeginner gave some good advice. u are on the right path for someone who is brand new to lifting. u need to eat a lot of food and focus on heavy compound movements. dont get caught up in the isolation trap. isolations can be very beneficial when u are more advanced and know how to properly use them. so just stick to ur compounds and ur surplus calories! u will grow
Current: 19, 5'11", 190@7% bench:305 squat:370(atg) deadlift:475 Goals: 4plate squat, 5plate dead "obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated"

i'd probably up those calories a couple hundred i'm doing a bit more than that and you are 10 lb. heavier. your shoulders look like they've been worked more than the rest of your body.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."

Focus on compounds, and really destroy the legs. They're your biggest muscles in your body, and the best producers of testosterone and natural GH. Make calories 3,000 and go nuts.
Current Supplements: Multi, Whey, Caffeine, BCAA, Vitamin C, Calcium Current Cycle: Strength "Do not go where the path may lead, instead go where there is no path, and leave a trail."

My goals are reasonable .....it will take time.

I am not sure if they have been "worked" because I've been lifting for only 2 days. But I"m naturally that way....as far as shoulder go I guess.

Wow everyone agrees on what I need to do.... Ok pearljammer, if I die from over eating I blame you hehe, not but really....I will up my calorie intake if that's what I need. The jury: trubeginner, daniel265,the hardway, connelly and pearljammer decide that I need to EAT as if my life depended on it do compounds and rest......roger that. Awesome input ya'll I've been anticipating what some of you might answer. Great motivation, I will adjust my diet and post some progress when I can.

[<font]pearljammer gave some great advice. it's simple, but it will do the trick. getting your diet in line for your goals determines the results you will get for the most part. training is only a small portion, but it's still important and necessary. eat up, and eat alot. carbs are your friend. heavy lifting. squats 2 or 3 times a week. you'll grow fast.
My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.
