YB's Progress - 1 year and beyond
-

( #1 )
Well, this is my third progress pics thread since I started over 1 year ago. From now on, whenever I take new pics I will just post them here. I started at around 175 lbs and 20% bodyfat and bulked for 2 months to 185 lbs (stayed at 20% bodyfat). I wasn't happy with the bulk so I began cutting. I cut for a while and then just maintained my weight. I am now at 157 lbs and around 8% bodyfat. I joined my university rowing program and need to stay under 160 lbs (to stay in the lightweight boat). So from now until 3 years from now, I will be training hard to become the most ripped / strong 158 lb guy ever known to mankind. After those 3 years, I may bulk up to 180 or so (but that's a long way away). Anyway, I just thought I would share my progress. [image]local://15914/6B13627A0B1D40B4B71965859BEB59A5.jpg[/image]

ORIGINAL: jheft Dang. What did you do to get that lean? All I did really was cut out any junk food, stayed strict with my protien intake, and did lots of cardio. Proper rowing is ridiculously good cardio. As well, the longest break I have taken from lifting is a week here and there in the whole year. Thanks!

wow. excellent cut bro. got rid of all that nasty fat. that's exactly where I started when i began lifting... 155lbs. If you train hard, and the proper way.. and learn how your body/metabolism react to the foods you put in it.. you will see excellent gains
My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.
