Xyience NOX-CG3 + ThermoGAIN

is it safe to stack xyience's NOX CG3 with Muscle-tech's ThermoGAIN?
today was the first time using both, and my workout was amazing, i bumped in literally everything i did (tricep extensions, bench press, abdominal weight training, swimming<more laps, easier>)
but i don't want to die, so can i get some advice from experienced supplement users? it would be greatly appreciated.

i take the xyience about 20 minutes before the thermoGAIN, i take thermoGAIN immediately before workout and as directed
