Creatine (Creatine Ester, Creatine Malate, Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate).. and Glutamine (L-Glutamine, N-Acetyl-L-Glutamine, L-Glutamine Alpha-Ketoglutarate)... what does everybody know about this supp? its not too badd.. i've tried it once.. i just want a new pre-workout supp that will give me the same effects and energay like no-xplode.. what do you all recommend and what are your thoughts and opinions on this product

For all intensive purposes it isnt a BAD supp, but for the ingredients it gives you its a much overpriced supp.

Its expensive because they have to pay for all of the advertising and sponsorships they are doing with UFC.

I actually have some Xience NOX-CG3 Blue Raspberry. My Mother in law bought it for me about a month ago actually. She is pretty well off and always buys me stuff , and knows I am really into bodybuilding and supplements so she thought she would suprise me with the Xience. She went to GNC and they (GNC) told her that the NOX-CG3 was the very best pre workout supplement on the market because it's backed by science and the price speaks for itself. She gave it to me and I was thinking first thought " WHY XIENCE?? WHY NOT SOMETHING GOOD?" LOL Well I gave it a chance and thought this stuff might be ok. I used around a quarter of the container and that stuff sucks. It still sits on my counter I don't use it. It has kinda a salt taste to it, it taste kinda crappy. I didn't see much results from it either. I didn't get much of a pump or an energy rush or anything you would expect from a good pre workout supplement. I would never buy the stuff that is for sure. I think it totally sucks.
