yesterday- deadlift-12,12,10 barbell rows-12,10,8 2 DB rows-10 1 arm rows-12,10 Barbell curls-12,10,8 preacher curls-12,10 concentrations-12 1 arm spider curls-11,8 I liked it all but the preacher curls killed my wrist so im gonna take them out and do more spiders or concentrations. Also I plan on havin pics up this week

Today...tricep day close bench-12,10,8 tricep push downs-12,12,10,8 1 arm tricep extensions-12,10 DAMN my triceps are sore and I loved the pump. I posed for about a hour in the mirror after this one : )

Im already getting sloppy on my split so I changed it up a bit and im determined to stick with it. Today im gonna go ahead and do back as it was planed but starting monday im sticking to it. Also im bumping my weights up some and going to start working in the 7-10 rep area so im not hitting any 12 rep sets.

Yesterday... flat bench-10,8,6,3 Incline bench-12,10,8 DB bench- 8,6 DB flies-till failure i think i got 5 military press-10,8 side raises-12,10,8 Today... Barbell curls-10,8,6 Cable curls-12,10,8 1 arm Spider curls-10,8

today I did... Front squat-10,8,6 Lock deads-12,10,8 Lounges-10,8 Did abs in between sets doing crunches and decline twist.

Gonna try something new this coming week.... Monday-bench 3x3 Tuesday-rows 3x6, pull ups 3x8, 1 arm rows 2x7 Wednesday-Front squat 3x4 thursday- incline bench 3x6, db inclines 3x8, tricep press downs 2x10, close bench 2x6, side raises 3x10 friday-dead lift 3x3 saturday-barbell 3x7, db incline curls 2x10, concentrations 3x8, abs weighted sunday- abs no weights
