Yeah, its kool whatever you like. The reason I mix the Sans is because I like knowing for sure that I'm at least gettin 3g of arginine. I encourage that people mix an try to see what they like and not to become to familiar with one stack plus that keeps your body guessing and you will see better progressions that way. Mixing is also a good way to preserve the more expensive supplements IE. Muscle Milk and No-Xplode. I'm sorry If you thought that I was trying to bash on you or something no hard feelings I'm glad there are people out there that will try things opposed to listen to what some guy on a board or at GNC says.

It's all good. You are right about the 3 grams of Arginine. The Xpand I am taking has 3 g arginine, 1 gram glutamine, amino acids, about 4 cups of coffee worth of caffiene which I need the high dose and the combo with No Xplode. The No Xplode is like a drug man. I wasn't dissing No Xplode earlier, I was kinda bashing them, but after trying the Xpand which is excellent product, but not kicking No Xplodes butt really. In some ways I like the No Xplode better to be honest man, it taste lots better and it gives me a feeling, hard to explain I just get psychic out and really hit it at the gym, the mental focus on it, just the feeling and effect from the stuff. I use a heaping scoop of NO Xplode and Normal scoop of Xpand. It's a good combo. What you recommend just mixing them together??? take at same time??? I switched it up PSALMS_SOLDIER , one day No Xplode first then Xpand 15 mins later and it really got me going. Tonight I took the Xpand first and the No Xplode right before an hour long workout. I almost think I like the No Xplode before and then the Xpand 15 mins later and another half scoop No Xplode while working out. I really like drinking an energy type drink while working out. The No Xplode is a nice choice. The Xpand taste rough as hell dude, oh my God.... I gotta mix with sugar free tang or juice, no freaking way I can drink it with water without wanting to upchuck. That is no $hit man. It's good stuff though, the juice is the way to go with that.
