To start off: 18 years old, freshman at Madison (plays into this later), like to party a lot and just want to get straight ontrack for more confidence and self respect. As I write this post: Weight: 215lbs Height: 6'2'' Decently sized upper body, beer stomach, etc. Socially smoke at parties (Attending number two party school in the country ) High tolerance for drinking, partying a lot since it's around welcome week and pledging a fraternity. Schedule: Monday - 2:25 - 3:15, 6:00 - 6:50 Tuesday - 2:30 - 3:45, 4:35 - 5:55 Wednesday - 2:25 - 3:15, 5:00 - 5:50, 6:00 - 6:50 Thursday - 2:30 - 3:45, 4:35 - 5:55, 6:00 - 6:50 Friday, Saturday, Sunday - No class Workout Facility here is open until 11 pm so that helps, I'm going to be working as a bouncer too so this is kind of an investment in a career :) My workout schedule is http://www.freedomfly.net/workouts/workout2.htm I'm going to be trying to stick hard to this but I work two jobs go to class and social/greek functions I am going to try my hardest. My friend uses NO2 but I'm going to research it a bit more before I decide to try it. Goals are to be at 200lbs at Sept 23rd 195 lbs Sept 30th Whatever happens after that I'm just looking to become more physically fit and defined.
