 Xceed cycle!

Xceed cycle! - Tuesday, September 05, 2006 5:15 PM
I used an entire bottle of xceed and ive been off it for 3 weeks almost...how much time should i wait till i buy another xceed? I used xceed almost every day when i had it...I also seem to be gettin alot bigger then when i used xceed...kind weird

you don't have to cycle off if you don't want to, so whenever you feel like buying again do so.

i dont think so...heard that creatine has diminishing effects on the body if taken over a long period...

Your body makes creatine itself, your adding more to your body to AID it. So as far as dimishing I don't think it would.
