I will be using the xceed both pre and postworkout, and on off days i will be using it with my second meal and than again 6 hours later. Today is my off day so i will be taking one serving which i took around 12 and than another serving at about 6. For my review i will be eating approximately 300 calories over maintenance, so i will be getting about 3300 calories a day. I usually eat 6-7 meals a day, not including protein shakes. For this review i will be tracking all of my lifts and exercises(weight, reps, sets) my measurements to start are Height:5' 9.5" Weight:152.5lbs Bodyfat:~10% Neck:13.375 Chest:38.125 Left Arm:13.25 Right Arm:13.125 Forearms:11.375 Wrist:7 Stomach(at belly button):31 Waist:31.5 Hips:36.625 Calves:14.25

i figured id do a review, it keeps me motivated and everyone says such positive things about xceed, but ive never seen a review other than Misanthropy's, so i figured id do it for that purpose too.

today was my leg/lower back/abs day. the xceed pump felt good my arms looked pumped and they had nothing to do with my workout today. ive never done cable crunches before, so that first set was just gauging my strength heres my lifts in order- Leg Press-10 reps 280lbs, 10 reps 280lbs, 10 reps 300lbs Leg Curl-10 reps 140lbs, 10 reps 155lbs, 10 reps 155lbs Seated Calf Raises-10 reps 90lbs, 10 reps 90lbs, 10 reps 100lbs Deadlift-5 reps 185lbs, 5 reps 185lbs, 5 reps 195 Back Extensions-10 reps 140lbs, 10 reps 140lbs, 10 reps 140lbs Cable Crunches-12 reps 120lbs, 12 reps 150lbs, 12 reps 150lbs -------------------superset with----------------------- Hanging Leg Raises(leg weight i guess, lol)-10 reps, 10 reps, 10 reps

i didnt realize that 1 tub only lasts like 22 days!! i guess its not a supp u can conatainer after container, it would pretty expensive

it lasts for near a full month, despite the serving saying only 45, theres actually about 50-55

im cutting my review short, im returning my xceed for str8 creatine mono. after reading a few things about CEE's possible toxicity, ive decided its better if i dont use it.

If i may CEE Doesh ave a level of toxicity as it is a passive creatine inducer. BUT the level of toxicity is WAY WAY higher then 6 grams a day... closser to about 25-40 I believe
