MrAllStarChris Actually dude I got hit by a Hostler (yard semi) I'm a train builder and I was between 2 trains and the Hostler driver is suppose to go slow due to the lack of space between the hostler and me between the trains. The dumb @ss driver thought he could clear me going probably 35mph and bam the front side of the truck tagged my body hit my uppper part swung me around and put me on the ground and then the back tire of this Semi went right over my leg. My legs are still sore, but I can walk without a limp, I don't know how they weren't broken. 4 broken ribs and a broken collarbone. This all happened june 10th and I am not finally back in the gym doing all my regular workouts, I'm just going light for right now. Bench press hurts like a MO FO, so I am taking that easy for awhile. Squating hurts too, just working around it a little doing other things to hit those muscles as good as I can. I'm getting ready to hit the gym now.... I'm going to rate Xceed on pump today. I can't go real heavy so it's probably a bad time to review it. I will see what kind of pump I get.
