Alright guys i have been planning for awhile on what i want to do while i have been out of town so here it is. Supplements: Xceed-30-45 minutes Preworkout and Postworkout On off Days Take one serving in the morning Xtend-Morning,30-45 minutes preworkout, and postworkout Basic Cuts- 2 in the morning and 2 an hour preworkout Melting Point- 1 with breakfeast, lunch, and dinner ZMA- 3 capsules in the afternoon like 30 minutes before my lunch Fish oil - 2 pills with breakfeast and dinner Multivitamin - 2 servings one with breafeast and dinner Vitamin c - Need to check how much is on my multivitamin then make a decision when i get home. Split: Mon=chest/tris/abs........Cardio for 20 min afterwards (Hiit) Tues=Biceps/back/forearm Wed=Legs/shoulders/traps Thurs=rest Friday=Cardio (jogging at medium intensity) Saturday=chest/tris/abs....Cardio (Bike for 30 minutes) sunday=Biceps/back/forearm mon= legs/shoulders/traps etc. On bigger muscle groups like chest i will do 4 sets of 5-9 reps with 3 different excercises. On smaller ones such as Triceps i will do 3 sets of 5-9 reps with 3 different excercises. I will do this for 3 weeks then change the intensity up. Im going to start on Wed, and ill have my measurements up before then.

Ok, im pretty siked just got all my supplements, im ready to get the show on the round. Ill post how my day goes tomorrow, working out with the new supps i got.
