Xceed - Sunday, July 01, 2007 10:05 AM
Guys I saw all the hype surrounding this product last year at this time and I have to say I got the same effects from bulk CEE. I haven't seen anything on the product in a while and I was wondering if the board was still jacked about it.

I tried Xceed about a year ago and got no noticable results.

Interesting that so many creatines are being "debunked" these days.

What works for one individual may not work the same for another. I've been taking Xceed since last year and have had great results with this pre-w/o supplement.

It is still a popular product, it still sells well, and the reviews are still excellent.  People just don't post as much because it isn't new.

CEE is still my favorite creatine, bar none.  I NEVER got anything from Mono (except cramps, those were fun).

Hey aolson;

Forty-five minutes before my workout I take one serving of Xceed with 4 caps of White Blood. During my w/o I sip on a mixture of ½ serving of Xceed and one serving of Replenish between sets.  The remainder of the mixture (Xceed/Replenish) I finish immediately after my w/o. This has worked very well for me. I get a tremendous pump and lasting endurance along with a forced intake of some great nutrients to the muscle cells during my workout.

I would normally drink a one scoop (30g protein) ON-Whey Shake prior to my w/o but, by sipping the Replenish mixture, one serving contains 20g of protein among other supps. So that eliminates my pre-w/o shake.

After my shower and within a one hour window of my w/o I’ll drink a 2-scoop (60g protein) ON-Whey Protein Shake with milk. Further, the Replenish and shake help me in the recovery process. Take care.

Replenish is great for total post workout nutrition.

Hey Aolson;

It is intense. I take 4 caps of WB with my Xceed because I'm around 220 and have been doing this for awhile. You may want to be careful taking Xceed and WB. If you do, try the Xceed as a stand alone, then with 1 WB cap and see how it works and go from there.

As indicated I used to take my protein shake pre-w/o, actually about 2 hrs before in order to have some protein in my system. However, as I said I now take Replenish (with a little Xceed) during and after my w/o because it does contain at least 20g of protein and other great supps; thereby, eliminating my pre-w/o protein shake.

This recipe works for me and may not work for others. Try it out and experiment slowly, it may surprise you.
