 XCEED 1 SCOOP!!!!?

XCEED 1 SCOOP!!!!? - Friday, September 08, 2006 10:21 AM
I bought a bottle of xceed this time instead of XPLODE. I am baffled. Is one scoop enough compared to the recommened 3 of XPLODE? will taking 2 or more scoops help or just be a waste?

Well with one scoop of Xceed you get 3 G CEE and 3 G Di-Arginine Malate. PLus 1 G Taurine and 1 G Glucronolactone. I have personally used Size on and Xceed but have not used NO Explode.  You will find positive reviews on both products.The labeling seems a bit confusing and I read elsewhere that it only contains 1.8 grams of CEE.  If someone knows for sure please chime in I am only going but what i read I have had good results from the Xceed and stack it right against Size On.  Two scoops would certainly not be a waste however you might want to experiment with taking it before as well as after your workout.

Going back to your original question-Is one scoop enough
I am hovering around 225 and 1 scoop is more than enough for me

It seems that the serving size for NO Explode is 1 scoop now

My weight is about 175 now, and i take one scoop of Xceed before and one after.  The Xceed along with my hard work and nutrition has given me huge strength gains.
Age: 18
Height: 5'7"
Body Weight: 180-185
BF %: 8 %
Incline Barbell: 195 x 8
Squat: 295 x 8, ass to ground
Shoulder Press: 175 x 8
Barbell Row: 195 x 8
Skullcrushers: 105 x 10
(All lifts are on 3rd set)

I normally take 1 scoop of Exeed prior to my w/o but, recently I started a PH cycle and am using 1/2 serving w/Complex Carbs during my w/o.

yawn on carbogain.  Just use oats.  You can't beat the micronutrients plus fiber, or the slow digesting aspect.
