ORIGINAL: njmuscle66 Well with one scoop of Xceed you get 3 G CEE and 3 G Di-Arginine Malate. PLus 1 G Taurine and 1 G Glucronolactone. I have personally used Size on and Xceed but have not used NO Explode. You will find positive reviews on both products.The labeling seems a bit confusing and I read elsewhere that it only contains 1.8 grams of CEE. If someone knows for sure please chime in I am only going but what i read I have had good results from the Xceed and stack it right against Size On. Two scoops would certainly not be a waste however you might want to experiment with taking it before as well as after your workout. Going back to your original question-Is one scoop enough I am hovering around 225 and 1 scoop is more than enough for me Edit It seems that the serving since for NO Explode is 1 scoop now
