XCEED - Tuesday, July 18, 2006 12:24 PM
I hear alot about XCEED,  but the directions say to take it pre-workout and 6hrs later.  but sum ppl sya pre and post -workout.  can anyone tell me whats right and wrong here?  also do u have to cycle XCEED
NOTE:i haven't bought it yet

take it pre and post, i dont  even know why it says tht on the container, maybe for days you dont workout?

Yo Joe, If you read it closely I BELIEVE it says take it post workout, up to 6 hours after your workout. So you can take it whenever up to 6 hours after workout. Good Luck.

Joe, you'll also see more of recovery from Xceed than anything. I haven't received that BOOST yet. Maybe in the next week my loading phase will kick in. Good Luck

you did a loading phase with xceed?  you know you dont have to do that right?

It was an old recommendation -- we were concerned that a double dose of gluconalaractone (too tired to look up the correct spelling) would cause stomach irritation. It hasn't so we recommend taking it post w/o instead of 6 hours later.

Would taking the Xceed 6 hours later promote a longer sustained pump?
